A couple of streets from the beach, located 3 minutes walk from the main street of Rimini. Hotel without lift on several floors, you can have dinner and lunch on the ground floor with excellent cuisine. Outside there is a porch with chairs and tables in a quiet area. From the road you can see the Fiabilandia amusement park. The friendly owner, who cares about her customers. The husband at the counter for after-dinner and lunch coffees. Basic breakfast, but at the buffet you can always find homemade cakes, delicious! Fast and kind waitress. Beach in agreement.

Very nice and quiet hotel, a few steps from the beach. Simple but clean rooms. Homemade lunch and dinner and all delicious, generous portions. Simple breakfast but nothing is missing. Cristina and her husband are very welcoming and kind people who made us feel at home and the same goes for the cook and the waitresses. We had a very good time, we will definitely return... I forgot: very honest price

Very good hotel! Friendly hosts, very tasty Italian cuisine, the child liked the pizza and sweets! Comfortable beds, clean and comfortable! We are from Ukraine, we really enjoyed our holiday, we were left with only positive emotions!!! I RECOMMEND!!

Hotel very close to the beach. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent cuisine to say the least...abundant above all. The breakfast is very rich and with homemade products and cakes. The staff is exquisite, Mrs Cristina and the entire staff made us feel at home straight away. It's true that simplicity is the greatest wealth. We will definitely be back!!! I forgot....they welcome our furry friends, my dogs were satisfied.

If you are looking for very kind owners (typical Romagna family welcome), good food (always fresh fish, fried lightly and very digestible), convenient location for the beach and shops for basic necessities and an evening stroll and a lot of cleanliness, you are in the right place. Made a long weekend with 2 small children who were given the right attention and we were satisfied with all requests made. Well done! Mention also goes to the associated bathroom 123 Silvano where hospitality, thoughtfulness and kindness were not lacking at all.

Given that I didn't hear the alarm and I was still in bed at 10, when I should have checked out, therefore I was guilty and I would have paid more if they had asked me, but the way the lady knocked on the door, so violent, it made my awakening one of the worst of my life. The lady opened the door for me, spoke in a brusque manner and after 15 minutes she came back knocking in the same way without giving me time to take a shower and without general politeness and friendliness... not recommended

What can I say...it's like feeling like a family...homemade cuisine with homemade puff pastry...friendly, cheerful and helpful owners...the three of us with the baby in tow didn't want anything other than this on our 2023 holiday...thanks to Cristina Walter and the whole team...
